Company Background

Our company was Incorporated as "Karnavati Finance & Leasing Limited" at Mumbai on December 05, 1984  under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra. On December 11, 1989 the name of the Company was changed to ‘karnavati Finance Limited’. Later in the year 2001-2002 the company was taken over by present promoter Mr Raman Morzaria from Mr. Rajnikant Worah dated May 10, 2001.
